You need a Jailbroken iPhone or iPod Touch to use this theme; no iPad, sorry.So many people have been asking for this and here it finally is!
Myself and have been making this for the last couple of weeks (probably could have done it quicker but we are lazy!).
The theme is available on Cydia, search for 'Derpy Hooves Theme' and apply with WinterBoard!
If any of the icons don't apply, try enabling SummerBoard mode in WinterBoard.
Nearly the entire springboard has been customized and so have all the stock app icons amongst a load of other shiz including the music player!
Don't forget to look out for the Raep Derpy!

Please remember that you have to read the package's description first, or the theme won't apply well, because you have to install a large amount of tweaks to make it work on iOS 7 and a little edit in iFile.

Winterboard can't theme wallpapers on iOS 7 and 8, so you have to manually select them.
If you like this theme on iOS 8, I made a fix on my repo, but it's for iOS 7, not 8.

I already used this tweak in ios 6 untill i was forced to update to ios 7. Fortunatley, it is compatible but some Options are not working anymore. For Example the Music/Video player or the Swipe to Unlock. Please update because this tweak is awesome /)^3^(\

There is a way to make this theme work again.
If you have an iPhone 4 or older or an iPod Touch or older (affected by limera1n exploit) you can downgrade without SHSH blobs with GeekGrade (I'm sorry, the guide is in italian). The downgrade is TETHERED and you have to reboot your device with redsn0w after you shut it down:

If you have a younger device than these, you can't downgrade (yet), but you can go to Cydia and make your device look like iOS 6 with these tweaks that will help you theme some parts of your device:
ClassicLockscreen (it will be themed)
ClassicDock (after theming you'll see muffins on the dock)
ClassicSwitcher (set up some preferences in the settings app)
ClassicBadges (apply with WinterBoard, but put down Derpy theme or badges won't be themed)
I have manually fixed 5 icons to work on iOS 7 using iFile. But I couldn't fix clock, maps and music)
If you want to get the old iOS 6 look in most applications I know how, but there's a lot to write so write me a message if you want!
I did it with my iPhone 4S running iOS 7.1.1 (it's an A5 device so it isn't compatible with GeekGrade).

As long as your iPhone/iPod is set to English language then Slide to Unlock should change, if it's not then I have no idea why, sorry :c
As for the music player, it's impossible to theme in iOS 7/8, sorry again :c

It isn't completely true, dude. You have to theme Lagu, an app mavailable on the App Store compatible with iOS 7 (not completely iOS 8, I tested it). Lagu brings the old Music from iOS 6 and it's themable! If you want I upload my fix for Derpy's theme on iOS 7 but it isn't really complete... I'm trying to fix some icons. Also, you can change thewallpaper background adding this repo: noeliel.com/repo/ and download NCWallpaper.
Then dig into iFile and take the picture called BulletinListLinen@2x.png placed in:
/var/stash/(this folder name changes on every different device)/Themes/Derpy Theme/Bundles/com.apple.springboard
Then copy and paste it into /var/mobile and rename it to NCWallpaper.png The next thing you have to do is going to Settings, scroll down to NCWallpaper and make sure that "Enable NC Hooks" is on and "Blur NC" is off. Finally respring your device to get the NCWallpaper.
I also know some other secrets to make any device running iOS 7 look like iOS 6.

You can't do this because Apple gave us with iOS 7's ugly flat design (and you can't downgrade a non-limera1n device), but there are many ways:
-Geekgrade (you don't need SHSH, but it's tethered) to iOS 5.1.1 an iPhone 4 or an iPod Touch 4G;
-Or I could release my fix on my own little repo, but it's not completed yet.

Well the icons are working, but since i have transparency to enjoy the background more, they're not so important anymore. Not that i don't like them, you've made an awesome job and they are great, but i enjoyed the small muffins everywhere more than theΒ icons x3

Hi Fozzy, I wanna tell you that I made this theme 80% work on iOS 7.1.1! Device: iPhone 4S bought a month ago with iOS 7.1.1 I will never upgrade. Jailbroken about an hour after the purchase. The device can't be downgraded, but if you have a 3GS or a 4 you can do it without SHSH blobs with GeekGrade, but it's tethered.
Yesterday I remembered your themes that don't work on iOS 7 and I thought: "I'm not bad at modding. I have "classic" tweaks, why don't try to take advantage of them for Fozzy's Derpy theme?" And I partially did it.
To make the theme work, follow these steps:
- download ClassicLockScreen, ClassicSwitcher and ClassicDock from Cydia;
- then download "iOS 6 comlplete for iOS 7", but just apply "iOS 6 status bar icons", "iOS 6 settings icons" and "iOS 6 UISounds";
- after this step, enable tweaks dowloaded before;
- download Derpy's theme and apply it in SummerBoard mode;
- enjoy!
But I have to notice something that doesn't work:
- wallpapers don't work (I took one from google and applied it like you can do on non-jailobroken devices too), except the muffin-battery (when charging) if you enabled ClassicLockScreen;
- switcher don't show muffins, anyways I suggest to enable ClassicSwitcher to get iOS 5 look back;
- these following icons don't work: clock, maps, video, notes, passbook, iTunes Store, music, contacts, compass. WhatsApp too doesn't work but I don't know if it's in the theme.
- I didn't test the music player yet;
- when you're in the lock screen, the slider won't show "derp to unlock", but your stock label. I'm Italian so it shows "scorri per sbloccare" that traslated in English is "Slide to unlock". I tried to fix it with Lock Screen Tool and Springtomize 3, but with no success;
- notification center doesn't show Derpy, I have to look in Cydia for a classic notification center:
Everything else works well, also the loading screen and the dock (if you enable ClassicDock), this is an awesosme theme bro! And I wanna add a new feature to this theme: download Fake Operator (from iOS 4 to 7.1.2) and ColorBar (caution! only for iOS 7) and write "Derpy" in Fake Operator and when you are in ColorBar set yellow as foreground and grey as background. Remember to applyΒ "iOS 6 status bar icons", "iOS 6 settings icons" and "iOS 6 UISounds" from Winterboard for best iOS 5 look.
I hope like the way I partially fixed you theme to make it work on iOS 7. I like modding and making my iPhone 4S different from every other device and never give up also when some say "This theme doesn't work on the firmware running on your device".

You need a Jailbroken iPhone or iPod Touch. You download the theme from an app called Cydia and you apply the theme with an app called WinterBoard which is also available on Cydia :3

You need to Jailbreak your iPhone or iPod touch, loads of guides on the internet, just find out what version of iOS your device is running since this theme doesn't support iOS 6 or 7. Also you can't Jailbreak past iOS 7.0.6

None of my themes support iOS 7 anyways and I've not really got the time to update them either. Just from playing around it looks as though only Icons are theme-able though which kinda sucks. Β

I've never had any success with downgrading but you could give it a go, it's the only way that theme is going to work properly at the moment; it'll work with iOS 4 and 5 I think.
I don't think anyone else makes pony themes, especially not for iOS 7, sorry dude :c

But are you sure? Are you fucking sure that you didn't try to enable the summerboard mode (there's a option into winterboard)? Can you try?

So is there a way to convert it to a iOS 7 compatible version? Or just to make it working on iOS 7 using a new program but loading the same pics?
If not, do you think if I bring my device to a Apple maintenance & service shop they can set up iOS 5 on it? Like the device begins a new life? Not just downgrade, but completely delete the firmware and install iOS 5 like a new device just built in the factory. I think they have the old firmware.

It doesn't work like that unfortunately, I have to spend ages looking into what Apple has changed, why parts of the theme aren't working, how I can make them work, going through each individual image fixing them and quite often having to create completely new images simply because Apple changed that part of iOS to the point where my previous image is completely useless.
Maybe that doesn't sound like too much work but I can assure you it's not something that I've got time or the energy to do for quite a long time.
An Apple store wouldn't for certain; no idea about a shop that does repairs, I'm not even sure you can downgrade iPhones anymore since Apple stopped using SHSH blobs.

Why apple stores wouldn't help me downgrade? And why apple disabled downgrades? It's hard to find a cheap iPhone 3GS with iOS 5 on it to make the theme work.
But can't you take reference from new iOS 7 themes (like ayeris) and make your images compatible for iOS 7 using that way?

It's fairly easy to do and there's loads of cool stuff you can do with a Jailbroken iPhone, but if you're doing it just for this theme then I wouldn't bother since it doesn't work fully.
My Vinyl and Octavia theme works on iOS 6 though so you could Jailbreak for that one :3
