Description
You need a Jailbroken iPhone or iPod Touch to use this theme; no iPad, sorry.So many people have been asking for this and here it finally is!
Myself and have been making this for the last couple of weeks (probably could have done it quicker but we are lazy!).
The theme is available on Cydia, search for 'Derpy Hooves Theme' and apply with WinterBoard!
If any of the icons don't apply, try enabling SummerBoard mode in WinterBoard.
Nearly the entire springboard has been customized and so have all the stock app icons amongst a load of other shiz including the music player!
Don't forget to look out for the Raep Derpy!

With an app called Cydia. You can only get access to the app with a Jailbroken iPhone or iPod though

It will work on iPhone 4, not entirely on iOS 6 though; the Maps and Passbook icons won't work and there are a few UI bugs, nothing major though 
Oh the music player theme wont work at all, you can use the Vinyl or Octavia ones that I've made though if you want :3

Could anyone offer a proper tutorial of how to use theme on an iPhone 3GS, please?
I've already jailbroken mine and have Cydia on it, but I don't have wi-fi so I've been bending over backwards for the past few hours (no exaggeration there) trying to get this theme onto my iPhone through my PC. 
I've already tried iExplorer (previously known as iPhone Explorer), iSpirit and Cyder 2 (sort of), but perhaps I'm doing something wrong so don't shy away from trying to explain those to me...
I'd be extremely grateful with any help at all.

If you have 3G mobile internet, you can download the theme from Cydia, you also need to download Winterboard from Cydia which you use to apply the theme

I'm afraid not..
I already have Winterboard downloaded onto my computer along with the Derpy and Vinyl and Octavia themes; now I'm just trying to figure out how to pass 'em over, but every time and with every program I try as soon as I start getting somewhere something goes wrong.
Right now I'm trying with Total Commander. Let's see how far I can get.

Basically, you need to install openSSH on your iPhone, then you can use WinSCP to send files over including jailbreak tweaks which will install when you reboot your phone. Not sure how you can install openSSH apart from with Cydia though, I'm not being very helpful am I? xD

I wouldn't know at the moment.
I decided to just try and wait until I got to someplace with wi-fi. I managed to do this a day or two ago and even download the Winterboard onto my device...
..Now all the apps that use wi-fi such as Safari, Youtube, Cydia and Winterboard won't open. >_>
I've got to solve this bug before I can go back to trying the themes again.

Winterboard should open without an internet connection, since it doesn't even use it :S
Next time you get Wifi, install OpenSSH off Cydia, then I can send you the themes and you can manually install them using your computer ^^

Aww man, you gotta wait for a Jailbreak ;~; Some parts of the theme won't work with iOS 6 until I update to it and fix anything that gets broken by it anyway

I was able to get it working on my iPod touch, which, long ago, I made the mistake of updating to iOS 5 (which screwed up my music, making it almost useless as an iPod). But now there is jailbreak for it, so I am hoping that eventually I will get jailbreak for iPhone 4s iOS 6. Mayhap I can find a way to downgrade it.
