gracias por tus comentarrios. a mi igual justamente me gusto mucho el hecho de que el tono general del dibujo es el violeta y solo fui jugando un poco con la saturacion para dar los distintos tonos.

mmm, select the area you want to glow, and create and new layer, fill, with white or the color you want the glow, and use the effect of gaussian blur, and play with the opacity of the layer.

in phothoshop of course.
