This skin is in the Art Deco style of the 20's and 30's. The painting is a detail of a work by Tamara Lempicka - the best known Art Deco painter - and the the inspiration for the curls & gradients. i also dont see any of these surprises on the controls, unless you count the buttons being labeled in the pressed state. hardly anything worth writing about.

well its rather simple, a lot of use of the ps gradient tool. and i'm not really down with the unmarked buttons
