A number of people have asked for a lineart tutorial...I usually don't use my lineart, because I end up painting over it, and changing my drawing as I work. But when I doooo...this is how I do it.

Enjoy! The file is flippin' huge though...just to forewarn you and cover my bum. So don't come yell at me when your comp decides to hate on you

btw, sensei, using pencil to draw or using a pen to draw? if using pencil, does it need to change the contrast?

that was pencil. I find though that I always have to fiddle with the contrast whether I use pen or not

Ohh... but that make the paper dark and some rough sketch become seen clearly. how to prevent that?

that's what the brightness is for...you have to fiddle with the brightness and contrast settings to get the look you want. Also it helps to hit desaturate- also in the same pull down menu. And if your sketches are rough, thats when you use 'duplicate' and 'blur' and fiddle with the opacities of your layers to smooth things out.
