I think you can find this anywhere, if it is freezing, and water splatters on grass or anything, so it slowly forms glassy shiny bubbles.

I think many times ice can give a magical and mystical effect to what we think of as "normal" surroundings. When bushes and trees are covered, I always get that sense of being separate, sort of like you do when you walk in fog and mist; like you are hidden and safe by layers of clouds, really. I used to feel when I was a child that I should be looking for faeries and sprites. There is a sense of serenity that is very wonderful.

Maybe it is a chance to experience that pure feeling every year again in wintertime. Innocence and purity and serenity. The crispy sound with every step you make, and with luck no other footsteps so "a whole new world" Inside a snow globe
