Apo 3D? Wow, nice. Most of the 3D ones are blatantly three-dimensional looking. This one has depth, but it's also hard to tell which Apo made it.
I like your monochromatic gradient choice, as well as the swirly "line" that holds the whole fractal together. Everything just goes together very nicely and lets the eye focus on the details rather than any sort of color. (I've found sometimes monochrome just...works. However, I tend to not do this with my own fractals. I guess it's a matter of taste.)
This reminds me a bit of the op-art stuff back a ways--they usually used that moire pattern, or more jagged lines like you're showing here as well. Were those an inspiration in making this, or did you just do "Oh, cool, tweak and render" like I'm prone to doing?
Either way, this is awesome stuff. Great work.

It was made when I had this crazy obsession with the Oscilloscope plugin, I used it in everything. I'm still slightly obsessed

Heh, I'll have to play with that sometime. I used to have a phase of being obsessed with 1000-plus order rotationals through several version of Apo. I've gotten out of it, but my gallery probably still has more rotational pieces than any other type of fractal.
Most of mine are all tweak and render. I used to just tweak and render a random-batch render, but then moved on to basically building a piece from the ground up. Seems easier to control it that way--or to tweak it in ways I normally wouldn't see or think of.

From both sides, on the 'tiers', I see angel wings ascending and descending, then colliding.
