Description
UF 5.04; RealDraw PRO 5I was looking for something to play with from my unfinished fractals and came across the starter for this. I thought with a little work it would be a great entry for the May 2014 Fabric Design Challenge.

Great work!
I would like to play around with these parameters.
If I come up with something I will credit you.

First of all, this is a splendid, musical, chromatic symphony!
I have UF 5.04 and I'm rather new to it; I copied the parameters to the notepad, but I need your help when it comes to paste it into UF:which are, please, the exact steps for opening your beautiful fractal?
Thank you!
Eduardo

*** I forgot to mention that this fractal uses "mapping" which you access with the "Mapping" tab in the "Layer Properties" window.

Thank you for the beautiful compliment.
To paste the parameters into UF, copy the parameters from Notepad (they will be on your "clipboard") then simply click New > Fractal on the File menu or you can open the "default" fractal (the plain mandelbrot) and click the "Paste" icon. The "new" fractal will replace what was there. The Help button in UF can explain it if this did not make sense. If you still have trouble, let me know and I'll see if I can help you figure it out.
UF does take some getting used to but if you put in the effort you can create amazing fractal art. Studying others' parameters is one of the best ways to learn and there are quite a few tutorials available here on dA and elsewhere online. Another excellent resource is the online UF courses offered by Janet Parke - infinite-art on her website www.infinite-art.com/index.sho…
Happy Fractalling!

Thank you very much. Sometimes it's hard to believe these beautiful colors can come from some ugly gradients.

Must say I love the flexibility of the UF gradient editor. It is a creative tool in itself.

Thank you, Kat. It started out with a lot more texture and no waves but with a little tweaking, voilà
