A lovely delicate image hon, the soft lavender flowers on the beige~gray shapes are beautiful & I love the metallic sheen over everything. But whatever they are, they aren't clouds, they're kites, or balloons.... see the strings ? My first guess though is bunched up kites.

Lights and shadows create nice dimension. The background, seen here and there through the image, looks like clouds in a blue sky and the other shapes seem to be floating upward.
Hence the title, huh?
Nice use of the Milan Kundera title. It's a wonderful book.
