Description
Download for 1960x1470 resolutionThis is a 3D-section of the four dimensional cubic parameter space (the iteration formula is z -> z^3 - 3a^2 z + b), the axis a_real pointing into the fourth dimension, the 3D-slice is performed at a_real = 0.6. The red set is a part of M+, the grey set of M-. The motive is somewhat rotated.
More about cubics can be read about in my Cubic Tutorial and Short about drawing pictures of cubic parameter space. So also in my Chaotic series.
The image is rendered using a special module for Ultra Fractal, the module written by my very dear friend Greenseng her on dA. All his modules, as well as mine can be downloaded from here. Resized 6400x 4800. Small color adjustments is performed. All this postprocessing by Photoshop.
Below the parameter file Play and have fun

You like fractals BTW, have you heard about fractals before?

OK Then maybe you would appreciate my Chaotic series of fractal articles (<- click) if you have a little theoretical interest
Regarding deep zooms in the Mandelbrot set, if you check out my deviation Cauliflowerfort and click the link under "Artist's Comments", from page 4 you can follow the entire zoom sequence in 28 steps
.. and from the middle of the nineties there is a fantastic TV program about fractals, Colors of Infinity by Arthur Clarke

I like how you put all the math etc. here underneath your work, I noticed #UndeadAcademy [link] does that too. I really overlooked the power that comes from this piece.

Yeah, he puts the parameter file for Mandelbulber in his comment so anyone having Mandelbulber can run the file

Hello you, glad to see you, up in the middle of the night and bored a little. Just woke up from sleeping at 9:30 tonight, was getting ready to open a few more of your links, but don't know if I am willing to read to much. Listening to philosopher on you tube.

You must have software written for them. In order to systematic explore the 4 dimensional parameter space of cubic polynomials, see my Cubic Tutorial, and Pictures from Cubic Parameterspace as well as articles 16 - 28 in my Chaotic series It's my frien Greenseng here on dA who has programmed all those beautiful formulas for Ultra Fractal. Just download UF and his formula package

Really like the movement in the line work, not crazy about the pink + orange color scheme, but it moves my eyes around the image really well. Somebody else mentioned seeing an eye in the comments, and now I see it too lol
I'm about 3k behind in old art I've been looking through, lol. How's life?

A small difference in the 4-th dim value compared to "Dancing Goddess".
Here one can easy imagine the b-real, b-imag set in the 2d Cubic Parameter space.

A difference in 0.3 is pretty much when gliding on the non plotting axis' in higher parameter spaces I've almost planed for rendering a series for 0, 0.1, 0.2 etc. But I was afraid that may be to tedious here ..
Yeah, near origo
