Maybe Thank you
BTW, have you heard about fractals before?

In fact that's one of the very few where I've used filters. Moreover the set is not a fractals at all

That's fascinating and I very much liked the way it looked, even though it wasn't fractal!

You are getting very sleeepy ... you will cluck like a chicken at the count of 10. When I say "wake up" you will buy a copy of all my Deviant artwork!
heh- nice one

Thanks again Aleksandra This is one of the few of my motives on which filters are applied

I love it.
You could practically hypnotize someone with it.
Very Nice.

It's the effects of the filters that give the hypnotic effect Otherwise we would have a black circle surrounded by colored bands

Hmmm...interesting indeed.
One day I would like to attempt fractal art...=TIGER1234 sent me a note with some program info, I haven't looked it all over yet, but i would love to do this kind of work!

Yeah, I saw you've tried Apophysis It produces a quite different type of fractals (IFS, FLAMES). I've opened it some time, but I've not mastered it
So I think I'll stay with the "Mandelbrot and Julia type" of fractals I am use to
BTW, Maybe you would appreciate my "Chaotic series of fractal articles" [link]

Ohhh, thank you! I bookmarked it!
I want to learn as much as I can about this, because I love the art form...it is just so different.

Really glad you like it I've written this series for fellows like YOU
There are 3 intros in the very basic math. Just take it easy
And not all of the chapters are very mathematical

That is just awesome indeed!
I will read it carefully, and try to utilize what I learn.
Thank you!

If I stare at this long enough, I think I could hypnotize myself!!! Ok so now there are *none fractals*... if this is not a fractal, what is it?

At you own risc It's a circle [link] . With some inside and outside filters it becomes digital art
A fractal is a geometric object which don't loose it's structure at every magnification level. See the short news article of Barbara [link] . The first figure is very illustrative
