I like the colors and the fact that it's hand-drawn. Digital art looks really clean, but there's a certain mystery to hand drawn/painted work that you can't really emulate in a digital piece. Also, it makes me appreciate the extra steps that had to be taken, especially on the checkerboard pattern.

Thanks! I agree with you. I thought about messing with the levels, but I kinda like it how it is. The checkerboard definitely took a long time, hoping the whole time I wouldn't slip with the pen or move the ruler. I appreciate your feedback
