I couldn't load it. They said it was not a PNG file when it clearly was! I thinking they are fixing something that is perfectly fixed and without need of fixing again!

that could be... I've had some weird stuff like that myself, but not recently... if it continues, try re-saving the file with a slightly different name... sometimes that will work, don't ask me why
