I'd love to have a print of this. It would make a great mandala.

This is gorgeous. I love its complicated symmetry- It feels like it belongs in a repeating pattern on something...

i love the symmetry, and the whole piece gives me a feeling of something opening like a flower... i dont know why...
um..........how did you do this?

Thanks for the comment I made this by taking a photo of some string and running it through a few filters on photoshop - negative image and then one of the 'artistic effects'... I think it was coloured edges... then I fiddles somemore and did another negative image... cut and pasted it and rotated the bits so they fit together (thus the symmetry) Thanks for asking

Very nice pattern. Looks like somthing made with Apophysis [link]
I have no clue how to use this proga but it gives interesting results.

About ur picture . U know the pattern and texture are very nicely made however if it were hanging on the wall i would probably just glance at it and walk past. I think it needs a "hook". Maybe some more colors and contrast or maybe some emphasis points that would keep an eye moving around...

Thank you. I'll keep that in mind. You're comments are always thoughtful AND helpful. Thanks for your honesty... I couldn't agree with you more about the hook... something that pulls the viewer in.

Hi Nicole -- I cannot comment like you in a descriptive dialogue -- well done -- delicate but the design element in the center hold ones attention to see the full beauty in this work -- colors -- technique -- comp -- all perfect -- I like it --

Hi Nicole -- you are very welcome -- I am not as desciptive as you but I can give an educated set of comments -- I am pleased you liked them -- I have been going slowly through my art that I did not know to use pixels on so they are very large -- anyway I just got done changing out two folders full -- what a pain -- if I had known this in the beginning I would not have to be doing it now -- I am bring up a surprise in just a few minutes -- it is the mysterious hole in the lake -- I have been trying to find out what in the world created it -- but the image is cut off at that point in my photo -- I know everyone is going to comment on it & I have no answer except it could be a freak of nature -- how funny -- take care my dear, dear friend -- I just love you -- Nancy

Wow...What an intricate symmetry...This would make a very nice jewelry piece, extremely expensive too, or an amulet maybe, or an embroidered detail. Amazing!

beautiful symmetry....
If i would be a religious person, i would call it a divine experience to watch this deviation.
(especially with the light in the middle and the cross )
just...perfect
