That's actually a really good design for a human Tempest.Β The idea of her losing an eye in place of the horn is a good one and fits with her having the scar there.Β Nice job!

I think my design for an EG/Human Tempest Shadow would an eyepatch over her scarred eye to represent her missing horn, black T-shirt, fingerless gloves, leather jacket, leather pants & engineer boots.
