I felt like I needed a break while working on 's little surprise. Instead of being lazy and dedicate the rest of my day to procrastination, like I always do, I decided to be productive instead. I made a quick sketch of the one and only Sir Sam. Well, I guess this is what happens if you send me a selfie

I used soft pencils and an eraser. Traditional art is not really my cup of tea and my skills aren't the best, so please don't be too harsh on me.

I tried my best, but I still think I screwed up some parts. I'm sorry for that. I was a bit worried that you would think it's ugly, but I decided to think positive and continue drawing. Then my sister's boyfriend came by and said "No, that's not the worst that can happen. That'd be if he asks 'Who is that?'." - and yup, Fragool's confidence sank below zero, heh. Well, I hope you somehow recognize yourself a little in this drawing.

By the way, your surprise is about 75% done now. I got stuck for a while, but then I asked JenJen for advise and I think I'm finally starting to figure things out. It might take a while for me to finish it, but I rather let you wait for something good than giving you something unfinished that lacks soul. Art should always comes from the heart and get the chance to become what it was meant to be.

It's not like one of those essays you used to write in school - you can't hurry up just to get it done with, that's not how it works. That'd be like picking a flower before it has even started to bloom just because you desperately want it to be a rose. The only way for it to actually become one is patience and love. You have to water it everyday, give it the sunlight it needs and just let it be. That's how you grow a flower and that's how you create art - by giving it time. I'm working on it and it's going to be done soon - I just can't promise when. I hope this little sketch will make the wait easier

P.S Yes I know, the quality is the crappiest of the crappiest. I took a photo of it with my phone, which was just slightly better than the scanner...:c Zoom in for a bit better quality.
