The Athabaska Falls, Jasper National Park, The Canadian Rockies, Nov 2005Taken with a cheap disposeable camera because I lost my digital camera, hence the relatively poor quality.)
The noise was so fierce
such power in its punch
such purity with a deadly force
rushing swirls of icy water
carving giant holes out of the rocks...
