Description
I laugh at my reflexes;The thoughts, the words; the tears.
She’s lying down before me.
She’s sheltered in her fears.
The foolish cries are hopeless.
The language, misconstrued.
A petty, weeping female,
Sulks in what she’s brewed.
The mirror shows her smirking.
She likes what she can see.
But when she hits the pavement,
She’s calling out for me.
The thoughts fight contradiction.
The hope’s covered in ache.
She’s social; lonely; wanting.
She’s genuine and fake.
I laugh at my reflexes;
The pain I still induce.
Expected you to save me,
Then caused myself abuse.

And what's the matter with this one? It's almost mocking yourself... --as horrible as it sounds-- ..and that utter despair that comes with realization and stubborness. Luscious.

Your wording is so strong. This poem invokes a feeling of distaste, and even some mild hatred. I am always envious of poets who can cause others to feel something through their wording. Nice work on this one.
