Description
This is an ilustration for a story entitled 'Wet Work', it will be featured in an anthology called RAW MEAT. If you haven't heard was supposed to do the orignal illustrations, however his sketchbook got stolen with all 38 illustrations inside. He has asked a few pen and ink artists to help him out.This is spot art for the begining of the story, so its not a full pager. It will be about 4X4 when printed.

I love the crosshatching. I think, however, that the shadows could've been a bit lighter then straight black. as it is, they kinda pull your eye away from the jars, but that may just be my messed up eyesight

i agree, and that's what i started to do, but then i got one area that was too dark, and the only way to fix it was to go black. thanks for the feedback!
