Okay first off, an OC.
Padro Lodo - He's responsible for the Org's full militarization.
Clever, cruel, brutal, merciless, ruthless, sadistic, resourceful, and incredibly knowledgable.
Padro is a cunning military leader and a brilliant scientist.
He practically introduced the idea of the Military to Maleficent. Along with the Inner Circle, and the big 4.
He can be a serious and efficient villian, as he gives his opponents no chance to win.
If he does let you live, he's only toying with you.
He appears similar to this character:

He wears something similar to a business suit, and a military uniform.
And next some more grunts.
Elite Marauder - powerful and competent soldiers, who use cyber lances. Example: [link]
Quantum Legionnaire - soldiers who carry around quantum cannons, which can freeze enemy units, and slowly transport them to an Org prison, or some pocket dimension. [link]
Black Ace - Jetpac soldiers, who use proton rifles mounted on their hands.
Hunter Adept - Psychics who use their psychic abilities to perform super-human moves. They use a powerful rifle which can switch from a laser firing sniper rifle, to an anti-material rifle.
Nano-Wolf - grunts with brains altered to be somewhat like an animal. They armour is actually an entire colony of nanobots, which can control. Such as increase speed, strength, and leaping. Even swimming.
Berserker - Genetically altered grunts, with massive frames, and large arms. The name says it. These guys can go on a rampage.
