Spring break began on Saturday, and I couldn't be more relieved Still have to do some reading homework, but it's no big deal. Just really nice to get away from the Monday-Friday repetitiveness of school. Taking a schedule with morning classes Monday-Friday, remind me to never do this again I usually end up going to bed at about 3-4am, waking up at 8am, then taking a 3-hour nap when I get back from classes. I almost sleep more during the day than I do at night Oh well, at least I've been getting some things done. Speaking of which, here's the latest updates:

In other exciting news, Chris, Michael (another guy from Omaha) and I are planning on a short camping trip in the Black Hills of South Dakota this coming weekend! Looks to be a bit chilly (lows potentially in the teens) so we'll have to dress warm Actually camped out in my backyard last night to test my new tent as well as the temperatures. It was in the mid-20s last night and I had no issues with warmth, so we should be good. Worst case, we have to bail on the campground and get a hotel for the night And if it's clear at night, we can always stay warm by running around and shooting moonlit scenes. Stars/moonlight on some fresh snowfall at night in the black hills? Sign me up!

Absolutely fell in love with the Black Hills after chasing a supercell through there last August, and have been dying to go back. South Dakota is just too freaking cool .

Heck, I'd be lying if I said I hadn't at least entertained the idea of moving there. The girlfriend (JupiterLily ) seems to be on board, so we will see
