The best part of this image, if you ask me, is the white balance and temperature. creates a sort of cold mysterious feeling. Eerie I think someone said

Hmm, this shot must have been really difficult to get! How many times did you try? Personally I think a portrait shot would have been better for this. There's too much negative space to the right.

Not many, probably just a couple.
I was kind of playing off of the negative space. It exposed a bit darker than I had hoped (there were a few more branches on the right). What bothers me, really, is the fact that the blue got cut off on the left I'll have to try this shot again sometime, possibly with a different subject.

That is a pity What would have been nice was the blue balanced by negative space around it That would have been beautiful. I love those branches. I've tried taking a photo of branches silhoutted against the night sky and moon before, but it was rather difficult Plus the smoke from the campfire didn't really help
