Description A pair of nice old farm trucks that I finally stopped and photographed. I'm glad they were still there as I had not driven past them in about 6 months.

Nice, really like how the second Chevy is peaking out from behind the first one.  I'm guessing the tabs have expired on those plates.  Well done.

Thanks, the plates must be expired as Washington hasn't used these types of plates in a while.  Love these old trucks!

I couldn't tell as 54 and 55 look alike in all the ones I seen online

these are considered first series from 1954-55 the 2nd series 1955-59 have that other front end    Car companies make things confusing !!!

Oh yes, I see. Thanks for the info, I didn't know that. I've always just thought that '54s had that front clip for that year, and then in '55 they switched to the post-'55 front clip.

I wonder why they did that mid year????  If I ever see the owners I'll ask and see if they know what years these are. They used to have a for sale sign on the first one but it has been taken down since I had seen them last summer. I wish I could drag one of them home!!

I'll just change the title to Chevy as I think they changed the front end mid year??  Oh well, maybe I'll get to talk to the owners someday and find out for sure!!

Thanks!  I think I'll go back when all the trees behind these are in bloom  and get a new shot.  These would look nice in the snow too but I'll have to wait for next year.
