But It makes the lineart look out of context. Making it pop out and be BLack. Like you can see the drawing yes but when you look at it you can clearly see thats lineart and thats brush colouring.

The problem you have is that you keep the lineart pure black and thick (probably). I try to make the lines thinner as possible (in the inside parts at least) and paint them as the final touch, with a similar color to the areas around.

Perhaps your line art stands out too much because its too dark. You can always change the line art color.

Well I guess the color would depend on the piece you are doing.

Its really up to you how you make the piece. The thing about art is there is no "wrong way" to do it. Everyone has to find a technique of their own that works for them or the style they are trying to achieve.
