Beard woman again, very similar to one of my previous picture of her, but with a different view.
I see her as a former villain, after the events of Ahit. Let's say that her last defeat makes her understand her actions, and decided to bring justice without "destroying" her enemy. Of course, her vision of justice remains slightly ambiguous, and she does not hesitate to resort to fighting if necessary, but it is no longer as a nuisance or personal revenge. It's really for helping other before herself.

As she lived a large part of her life on the island and a crew made up of "Buff" guy, she grew up under a fairly muscular influence. Explaining her current appearance. Her beard, on the other hand, she grown one simply because she considers that she can.

She also formed a pirate-outlaw vigilante group, made up of various members, such as former members of the Mafia, notably, and some birds.
This mafia, moreover, having lost their former bosses, was partially disassembled. At least on the island of "mafia town". The former boss is, unfortunately for him, still contained in his bottle and kept by Beard Woman. He's part of the crew, although it's a bit against his will.

Her crew travel to Island to Island, in search of people and need, ( and some good treasure ). Of course, she made some foes, particularly the Mafia's godparent, the ultimate boss of crime.

She act as a friendly rival with Hat Lady and Bow Damsel. One of theses friends who will eventually help them, and leaves them when the job is done. She try to avoid the "BFF" kind of relation. Even if she actually enjoy their presence, in the end.
