*High pitched scream : You FOOOOOOL !*Surely one of the very few Pokémon related that'll make, but this one is special.
For the little trivia, I was watching the last Nintendo Direct with my old pal , and when this Pokémon appeared, we both thought to the same character.
Polteageist has a very similar apparence to Snatcher's one. Both being kind of purple Ghost. I'm pretty sure that Snatcher will treat them as miniature version of himself. Beware if one of them is making a contract with you !

En vrai, ils feraient leurs grand retour ! Mais bon, c'est peu probable ^^'. C'est comme un nouveau F Zero, c'est pas pour maintenant :/. J'espère au moins un Pikmin sur switch. 4 ou remake, tant que c'est bon ^^.

Eh ouais, y a des licences comme ça, c'est triste à dire, mais elles risquent pas de revenir (Genre, R.O.B. , bien que ça soit pas vraiment une licence en soi, et plus deux jeux que quasi personne à joué)
Après, je dis, y aurait toujours moyen de se renouveler d'une manière ou d'une autre pour relancer la série, mais après, combien de chances a-t-on de réussir à bien se réinventer? Après il est vrai qu'avec Pikmin, on peut encore trouver des moyens de faire un bon truc, mais pour d'autres licences, c'est déjà plus corsé!

Kinda reminds me of the Great Evil King Stanley Hihat Trinidad XIV (Stan for short) from the PS2 game Okage: Shadow King.

Never played the game, it wasn't released in Europe 
But I took a look, and as you said, Stan looks so much to him 0.o ! He look like an evil version of him in term of design ^^.
