Robotnik, but the evil one from the old cartoons and comic.

This Robotnik was really intimidating back then, mainly in the cartoon, but now, with the variety of Robotnik's in the Sonic franchise, he kind of missed one important point with his usual character.
When he's evil, he's really evil, that's true. But he never really do a lot of things by himself, giving more orders than doing action, in comparaison of Eggman being always in the battlefield.
But his design, although far away of the round egg-ish and big mustache and dark glasses, is kind of good in his own way. He took his Robotnik side far in the "evil" I suppose. But lack the humorous side of Eggman, who's pretty goofy in general, despite being a real threat.

But yeah, I still find him interesting anyway. So I wanted to give a try with an alternate design for him, but staying with the essence of this version.
