He thinks that he's Tim Burton's choice for The Riddler in his unproduced Batman 3 title "Batman Continues" and he thinks that Burton came up with an idea of The Riddler with a question mark shaved into his head as you see here. He thinks that Williams as The Riddler was going to be dark and creepy, but he's wrong and that's not true.

It has revealed that it was not Tim Burton who wanted Robin Williams as The Riddler. It was Warner Bros., the Batchlers, and Joel Schumacher who wanted Robin Williams to play The Riddler, since Tim Burton pass on the torch to his friend Joel Schumacher to continue with the franchise, and they already had Tommy Lee Jones as Two-Face. Lee and Janet Scott Batchler wrote The Riddler with Robin Williams in mind, and he would be the same over the top/flamboyant Riddler as was in the final film. Some people think that Williams got the part, but couldn't get to play the role, because he was screwed over again, same thing that happened to him before when WB used him as bait to trick Jack Nicholson into the role of The Joker in Batman 89, but that's not true. It has revealed that there was salary dispute. Williams wanted too much money, and Michael Keaton himself wanted too much money. So, Warner Bros. and Schumacher decided to go with Jim Carrey instead.
