I know this is REALLY geeky and sorta pointless, but I just wanted to say who I would choose for DLC for MvC3 if I were Marvel and Capcom, and why. I chose 10 from each company, just because.Capcom:
1. Jill Valentine - She is already confirmed DLC, so yeah.
2. Frank West - He was cut from the original, so why not add him as DLC?
3. Mega Man - Classic Megaman can't be topped.
4. Strider Hiryu - A fan favorite that didn't make it to MvC3.
5. Cammy White - The second most popular female of the Street Fighter series.
6. M. Bison - You have a villain team up AND YOU DARE NOT INVITE BISON?!
7. Jon Talbain - The most popular Darkstalker to Americans.
8. Gene - Because he is freaking awesome. And it would add a rep from each major Clover game.
9. Roll - Another classic character from the original
10. Phoenix Wright - Not a character that would be on my personal list, but he has tons of fans and is quite popular. I'd love to see how he played.
Marvel:
1. Shuma-Gorath - Confirmed DLC
2. Gambit - A fan favorite who was tragically denied by Marvel.
3. Dr. Strange - Two of his villains have made the cut, so why not the Sorcerer Supreme himself?
4. Psylocke - A fan favorite and sister of Captain Britain.
5. Ms. Marvel - Her flight and energy blasts would make her a great character.
6. Ghost Rider - Badass flaming skeleton with a chain. Nuff said.
7. Juggernaut - His size would add another large character to the roster, bitch.
8. Venom - A Spider-Man villain would be a good idea.
9. Elektra - She is a ninja. Need I say more?
10. Squirrel Girl - A quirky (and extremely powerful) character who fans seem to love!
Now I open up comments to you. What do you think of my list? Who would you choose, and why?

Sad that Capcom made all the extra characters DLC I bet ther'ye about 30 if the want to catch up with MVC2. We'll have to sped a lot of money. Wait... thats not saddening! ITS AGGRAVATING! WHY DID MEGAMAN HAVE TOO BE TAKEN OUT! NO KEN EITHER! OR CABLE! >:CCCCCC

I'd remove Phoenix Wright and Gene and replace them with like, Batsu and Soki

Marvel's side is so-and-so great.
About Capcom's:
I doubt we are gonna get 2 MM Classic characters. I like MM Classic the most out of all the MM incarnations, but the main problem was the use of the Mega Buster spam. The Battle Network version is said to have a bigger, moveset potential compared to other incarnation, so he would be my pick. For Roll, as long as she has the TvC moveset, I'm okay with her.
For your SF picks, I don't think I would go for 2 more SF2-specific characters, as there is no SF3 or SFA rep. I would still want to keep Bison since he's the main villain of the series. If I was to keep Bison, I would pick Alex over Cammy (the fact he's been in TvC before). And if it were the other way around, I would pick Urien over Bison. If I was to go for an Alpha rep, I would pick Charlie as Agent Shadow.
Overall your choices are pretty good.
