I gotta say that it was real challenging for me to draw Orsin, but I did enjoy the new experience!

Ha! So cute, I love this. (You can see so much of their personalities in their expressions, and their relationship in how they're leaning into one another. The combination of the sunlight and gently falling snow in the background also gives the piece such a bright and romantic atmosphere.) Also, I love the shared scarf, and how the intricate patterns and bright colors draw attention to it, to make their close relationship a focus in the piece. (On a side note, it's also nice to see a biracial relationship.)

I've noticed in anime that scenery like this is warm and cozy and romantic, so I went with it

Drawing Orsin made me nervous. He looks different in some versions. In one version he seemed more on the muscle kind and the other art he appears cuddly

That's cause I can't seem to stick with a distinct shape. Bigger folks are a bit hard for me too. I generally try to default to cuddly unless I need to draw him looking intimidating which is...never.
