No I know that, no I fully get it. But points are extremely hard to get, even if you have money. So that's how they are expensive, but in real money, that's really cheap.

Nothing. I don't get points very easily because I have the worst luck. The only reasons I have any happens because I stalk my badge area or get them from nice people. I cannot sell any of my work well, even if I post it in many places, it's just because of my style or what I draw. But for me it is near impossible to gain points.

Sweetheart, luck is definitely not the reason you're not selling, and if you let yourself think that way, adoptables will be nothing but a drag on you.
I have some advice.
Point adoptables. Stop with the paypal/cash stuff, that barely ever sells.
So you can obviously draw, talent isn't the issue here, it's quantity and price. Start making some flat shaded simple, cutsie things for 50 points. When they start to sell, you'll get that good feeling back. If something doesn't you can't blame yourself. It's like vending sandwiches to a crowd, and if they don't like ham, put the ham on the shelf and choose a new sandwich. Persistence makes the merchant.
More than anything, drop the woe-is-me attitude, because you're only hurting yourself.

Reason I'm going for cash is because I'm kinda needing it for college. Yeah I have some, but I'd like to have some spending money for gas, for food, for well, just about everything, hence my recent adopts have been money.
I'm not saying that my drawing sucks, no, but I know I've got to work on it. Plus I don't do well with cutesy. I can, but to me, it looks kinda... o.O Demented. Plus I'm still sucking hard core at figuring out what people want for designs. I use myself and realize, oh yeah, not many people like what I do. So I kinda have to ask around. But I'm not doing adoptables much because I'm just not the best with them.
And I'm not trying the woe-is-me, I'm kinda half awake. So I may seem kinda out of it, sound like "PITY ME NOW!" but it's just the lack of sleep talking really.
Thanks for the watch, but don't expect a lot. I've been on this really weird... hiatus that just doesn't seem right. Not an art block... just... I don't wanna draw. XD I did one... but meh. I'm stuck, so not much will happen for a bit.

Well if you say so. Just don't put your personal hangups on the other adoptable merchants. I know as an adopter myself, nothing is more hurtful than being told something is too expensive.

I wasn't trying to sound rude, nor was I trying to be anything but honest and try to be kind. I mean, for me, points are very hard to get because of my lack of ... well persistence in going for them. The only way I'd really need them, a membership, hence the reason I don't like points as much.
But thanks for that. Still working my butt off, still hating the world for giving me little chance at a job. ... Curse you lack of experience and horrible economy. .... *faceplants* .... Yeah just that.
