His snout's definitely difficult to draw, mainly from other views XD.

Nick's paws are tricky for me to draw, too. While Judy's are rounded and soft like a baby's, Nick's have prominent angles and joints that make them resemble a man's hand. I'm pleased that you keep in mind the detail that the pad of his palm is at the ball of his palm and not at the heel. The shoulders are difficult for me, for both Nick and Judy; the Zootopia artists have made it a point that their proportions are accurate to a fox and a bunny respectively. His face is fun to draw as long as it is in profile, but not from the front. Personally, I enjoy drawing Nick slightly muscular, though. :3

I would say it was a good choice to put the pad on the ball of those palms and feet as that is rather closer to how canid quadrupeds normally have them at.Β Though I suppose since they're not having to balance all that weight on their feet as bipeds, it's interesting the heels remain furred anyway.Β The suppose the balls suppose most of the weight than the heel does.

I also have issues with his neck and shoulders. More pronounced or rounded, for characters like Bogo or Clawhauser, is easier to do. But Nick with Nick it's hard to find a balance, with them either becoming too distinct or non-existent.

Bogo certainly follows a very stock look of a bulky/brawny type, while Clawhauser is certainly just a beach ball with appendages, head and tail sticking out!Β For Nick, I suppose they put more effort in getting his body down to its essence since he is a fit, normal animal and they probably put more thought into his shape.Β I would say it's not entirely different from what Disney had did before in earlier films like Robin Hood where such details had to be built from the ground up.

Also I've seen "buff Nick" drawings.Β He just looks plain weird.Β Like someone threw him in a blender with Chief Bogo.
I once read a Zootopia fanfic where Nick was "working out to be Mr. Zootopia" and Judy had taken "medication" to "improve her bustline"
Yeah.Β I closed that one pretty quickly.
