I've seen some OC sprites using the Proton Cannon from Marvel vs Capcom series.
One thing I noticed is the fact that as far as I know, looking at some OC sprites, the cannon's sprite is still scaled for Iron Man's scale in MvC ,
not resized to Sonic scale or whatever. If my calculation is correct, the cannon's size if converted to Sonic Scale would look like
in the picture. I know Mecha Sonic is pretty big even in Genesis-style, but it can also work on Advance/Battle sprites people been using
for so long.
Proton Cannon's sprite is ripped by redballbomb . Credits him if you want to use it.
