Description
This is my 2nd time re-designing Teddi Fehran - a happy-go-lucky bartender at a classy gentlemen's bar.A character for a personal project of mine. This of course is him dressed in work clothes; there will also be one with him in casual clothes (not done) and one where he is hardly dressed at all. (done)
