On MS paint but if your wondering how too get the 3d color effect for the color change I make that through gimp and run in also too get ponies get the color through its vectors and there is so many steps too it that I don't know yet. (But for the transparent background I make (the alpha affect through gimp with the wand and then ugh I don't know how too explain)

Sorta the mane the top part reminds me of Rainbow Dash's mane.

Yep thats (Ditzy doo) or (Derpy) she is a crossed pony (don't know much of her though)
