Also New Shading Practice
Well, finally after some practice and some meddling around with the same techniques I used to make the SFU Contest Entry, I decided to do a much more elaborate test on another drawing. When I saw the sketch that *baby-bling I thought: "Hey, this drawing will look pretty good if it gets colored! Too bad she said she wasn't going to finish it...wait a second...hmm~"
Thus, this deviation was born after grabbing the permission.
Next up, it's going to be the remainder of the commissions, namely *bloodthirster 's Commissions and the icon ordered by ~CristinaTH . Hopefully I can get around to make the icon for the popular Team as well. Here goes nothin'!
Hope you guys like it! I spent all day experimenting with this, and yes, I'm aware that some areas are painted accordingly

I would say you would want to sketch little things and then make big stuff with the little stuff you do. that's my new source of inspiration now, that and a certain idea that blew up on my mind when hearing certain combination of songs around here.

Glad you like it, I killed my back for this one though, especially considering I haven't really colored anything for months [excluding the SFU Contest, which was recent and was still a pain nonetheless!]
Any chances after I finish the commissions we team up some time? I'll see if I can try to pull off a 5-way collab of sorts for something I got here.
