Brilliant mate, it's been awhile since I've seen the embed method used in buttons. From your layout it seems that it still has a certain charismatic aura hehe. Loving the style and the colour scheme is spot on.

I love the way you use textures. While I am reading I recall how that grainy grey will feel rough to touch. It adds another dimension to web experience. Thanks to you!

Instead of Basic / Pro / Advanced, why not re-work it to something more user-friendly like Starter / Professional / Business?
I love the design, but it seems like the top description out goes the split line beneath "Our Packages". I'd also make the "Our Packages" bit bigger so it would be easier to notice.
One thing though, the padding for the different options varies on different parts, also in different sections...
Sorry if I seem too critical...

hy, first, thanks a lot for critical comment ! Thats what we need to improvise !
And ya, a few more people suggested me to change the terms. But the "management team" working behind the terminologies says, since its target for students, Starter & Pro wont work. May be. ?
And do you think layout will still work if i remove that split-line after Our packages ? Since i feel the sections are already divided quite clearly.
And let me check the padding & margin issue. Will be updating soon. Thanks a lot !

no problem
If it is geared towards students, then perhaps it would be better for like Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced? Those words are more associated with learning / education just a thought.
Though the starter / pro sounds pretty good too.
If you remove that line, I would suggest to make the title bigger; you could do so by vertically placing the title between the quote bubble and the plan options. I'd also make the text bigger to make it more eye catching
You're welcome

Looks good but the metaphors for Basic , Pro and Advanced don't quite match.
