I do that too tho. Mostly when I think about a lot of dark stuff.
One of the dark/depressing thoughts I've had for an AU is where Sans is left alone in the Underground with only 0.1HP and the only way he comforts himself is by playing with puppet versions of everyone he knows. He tells knock knock jokes to no one in particular through the Ruins doors so he replies to himself. Yada yada yada, he's gone coocoo.
