Apparently I'm not very good at making plain and simple references...So yep!
This is Phetamine, the dog I sketched in a previous dump that I had some odd dream about.
Reason for his fear of water: in the dream where he kept offering me drugs, I'd dump water on him and that would somehow render him and his drugs ineffective and useless. Hah.
But for real life, I guess he just had some bad experience with water when he was a puppy? Meh.
