I love the whole C.I.A. and NSA Desktop stuff. This is my most recent C.I.A. Desktop. Hope you like it.Wallpaper- I modified and added bars to a wall by zero_cool.
Windowblinds- Multipass Carbon (Light) by R. Peter & Ported by Mike Bryant.
Icons- GT3 by Tiggz.
Meter widget- Clear Meter Bar by Richard Mohler.
Wireless Widget- WiFi Status by ExodusCrow.

The CIA has seven mainframes. The so-called Seven Dwarves. Obviously they are not connected to one another. Similarly, none of the computer terminals anywhere in CIA HQ have printers attached to them.

Guys, I'll have to spend some time looking through old discs and hard drives to locate these wallpapers. The only ones i have handy are the CIA 2009 and CIA 2010 ones. If I find them, I'll post in here.

If the wallpaper is what you're looking for, I can just email that too you. If you mean the whole effect, you'll need some softwares from Stardock to pull it off.
