Good ideas! Did Ennard and Baby already, but if I can figure out anything for other Twisteds, I'll do them. 

Like Twisted Toy Freddy and Twisted Toy Bonnie, Twisted Mangle would probably be like Twisted Foxy.

Twisted Mangle could almost arachnid-like with multiple eyes and her lower jaw could be split into a a pair of beetle-like mandibles. Her damaged black eye could be mutated into a a large insectoid eye and the second head could be a half-formed copy of Mangle's head.
Twisted Ballora could be much more lanky and tall with large eyes all over her body while the ones on her head are stitched shut.
The Twisted Minireena's and the Twisted Bidybab's could be oversized and huge with stitches and pin and needles all over their body to resemble dolls.
Twisted Funtime Foxy could have a white lion-like mane and the face plates could retract or open, revealing a fleshy and mutated vaguely-human face like Predator-like jaws.
Twisted Funtime Freddy could resemble an actual bear complete with huge jaws, menacing eyes, and maybe even metallic horns.
Twisted Bon-Bon and Bonnet could be merged together and act like circus freak siamese twins.
Twisted Lolbit could have balls of static for eyes, her hook replaced with a metallic hand that could have hooks for fingers,
Twisted Yeendo could resemble a skinless human complete with metal human-like bones, veins, a nerve system, and a large heart with the multiple eyes on his back stuck to it.
And how about Twisted Nightmare animatronics? Yeah, go ballistic.
