This is nice man!
I especially like how the figure is tight and the background is loose/ blurry.
The only thing on this that i think could use some tweaking is the mouth, try to check some reference, and use a thin line on the top side of the lip and a thicker one on the bottom to give it a shadow without actually putting black in there. Keep it up!
