Its the 4th Endo of the Fallen ones,The ones that fells into the fire.
When you enter into the 4th Room , you will see a long-long Hallway, and you will have to Walk until you get to the red-Door/
Some flashing messages with a Creepy Endo-Thingy that says:''Keep Going, Dont turn your back''
The point is you have to walk Straight until you get the door.
If you turn your back, a Strange Running Footsteps will starts getting closerΒ towards you, then you will see him running so fast that even you try running, He will still chase you.
