I have tried to put them but the program i use for edits has about 290 layers limit so i couldn't be able to place the Bytes on her body but thank you still!

I would but whenever i use some layers for a shiny effect on some parts and merge with me, that effect went off and disappears.

I never have any problems with those, and my edits always stay at ~10-20 layers

Well yeah, because you merge with them enough to have lower amount of layers. I mostly stay at about ~100-200 mostly cuz i add lines besides some parts along with lighting from the back.

I usually add lighting last, so my art always stay low on layers

I see. I usually put lighting on the part i started-
Like an example: I made the base with a basic color (red, green etc.)
then, i add the animatronic's head color,
add a bit of texture (if needed) but mostly i just go for the lighting (especially on the funtime animatronic's lighting)
