All i imagined was America leaning on the back of that chair then suddenly BAM! The chair flips over backwards and they both this the floor. It would be funny, then it would be really sad.
This is beautiful though. I honestly don't know why my mind played that scene out. I'm just weird I guess xD

This drawing is gorgeous.
The first impression I got when I saw it was that it looked whole due to your choice of colours: you used similiar yet slightly different tones for the characters' suits, skin and hair, so they are well matched; plus, we can find the yellow-ish tint in both the main subjects and the background.
I love the curvy motifs which range from dark to light. They fill the space behind without overloading it. However, I think that the white flowers closer to the top should have been more of a creamy tone so they don't stand out too much.
Another feature that stands out is both men's eyes: they are in cold colors while everything else is in hot colours, which brings our attention to their lovely faces...
I love Arthur's expression here. He looks calm and content, and maybe a bit proud. It must be because his dear Alfred is just behind him. Or maybe his armchair is just that comfortable. 
It's strangely soothing to look at this drawing. The colouring and shading are soft, and the orange/yellow gives a warm feeling. So peaceful!

WOW~ you are so good at critic XDD. Totally agree with the suggestions you gived. I didn't think much when I'm drawing it. I just want them to make a fansy poses to look cool XP. Little bro(Alfred) need to stand behind big bro~ that's it XDD
