Just not to let people be completely confused, in the webcomic of my friend where these two gals are from; a Sphinx is a humanoid big cat feline created as a supersolider by the UEFR (United Federal Republics of Europe) but the war they were created for never happened, so the Sphinx intergrated into the rest of Soceity.

Yeah, sphinx are generally bigger than humans. Johanna is 2.29 meters tall, thats about 7.5 feet.
