A bit difficult to see what she did but the sheer look of holy terror is so priceless, I say it worked very nicely! I wanna be able to do that!!

It's not exactly clear, but it says 'local timespace rewind 'chant'' in the same panel she suplexes the prince. So it establishes right there that she can do that.
