This rather awkward piece has been something i worked on months ago, aiming at making a poster of some sort. As is not unusual with some drawings, there was just something about it that just would not work in a poster format, really. Also, my first coloring attempt was way too dark - and the colors here in my tweaked version aren't much better. Still, it's not too bad i guess.Related content

You're too modest about your work. Compared to when you first started Megatokyo your recent works are frickin awesome dude. Besides, the dark colors work pretty well ontop of the whitewash background, kinda sucks your eyes towards the middle where your focus should be, not wandering about checking out the background scenery

I like it! especially how Miho's the center of attention & has that annoyed look (I've always wanted to see a colored pic of Miho in her normal outfit...cute!). I think that the coloring's fine (considering they appear to be up in Piro & Largo's room). if ya decided to color everything in, ya might see that it works (I've always sorta imaged their room as a low-light, till ya turned on the computer sorta place), but that's just my outlook on it.

I find it quite cute, personally. The olive green and black theme for Yuki works shockingly well. The only thing I might suggest is a touch more luster to Ping's hair.

Ah, taken away control from Miho. I don't think it would work as a poster, but it could work as a t-shirt, mousepad or anything else. Love the subtle background.

firstly i would like to say ive been a fan of your artwork for years and you did excellently with this drawing !the dark coloring against the light background makes the characters pop out.i find as artist's we are generally the most harsh critic of a piece because we drew/painted or digitally rendered it we see the flaws others may not.and i suppose that's a good thing if you are satisfied with the things you do to its fullest extent you don't learn or progress and move forward as an artist

It's kind of funny how Yuki's controller isn't hooked up to anything. But then again, I guess she wouldn't know to go wireless without Largo's help XD
