Oh, wow, this is awesome. I actually have that exact Peter Rabbit. My mom bought it for me when I was just a few months old.

Like any documenter of life in its myriad forms, you have focused on those mischievous yet soulful eyes (and Reisen's are okay as well)

Very cute. I think that I like the bunny in the original sketch better though, he has a brighter expression and a more natural pose.

Very cute and well executed pose, but you should have colored the carrot as well.

Ooo very nice! I like the perspective. You're always so good! If you finish it, I'd love to see the completed version. I really like the carrot in Peter Rabbit's hand.
She looks like she's in a...gardenhouse? It's just mostly a sketch so it's hard to tell. The knocked-over pot plant is a good addition to the scene.

It looks great; especially that cute-cute carrot!
Also, thanks for the tip of setting a brush on settings as 'Darken' and 'Multiply'. I used it last night will starting a new piece and I so love how the hair turned out. Thank you!!

I remember Peter Rabbit! Used to watch the movies all the time when I was little, my parents said it was the only thing that made me and my siblings sit down and be quiet. XD Now my even younger siblings like to watch it and read the books. It's so cool that Jack likes it too~

very cute-I love reading the Peter the Rabbit books with the little boy I watch. Do you have a big peter the rabbit plushie?

Yep, he has Big Peter. he also has THREE Peter Rabbit plush toys. He loves peter so much that we got two more, just in case one got ruined. Of course, over time he's managed to glom all THREE. as WELL as big peter.

awww that's awesome and getting backups is a great idea (its always awful when the plushie gets lost or ruined and you can't find an exact replacement) Jack must be a happy boy ^_^

Small children do have a way of destroying the things they love on the most, some loving these toys to death~. In a way this sort of rough love reminds me of something the horse in the Velveteen Rabbit said about how a beloved toy knows he's become "real". It seems all four of these Peters became "real" in Jack's eyes. ^^
