Lol, well this looks nice. xD One thing that bothers me that no one made an effect for rain that would make the drops actually hit the ground/character. You know, when it's raining the drops bounce off a little and that bothers me when making rain in pictures. I need to find a way to make it look like it's actually raining so yeah. xD
Btw, there's a snow coverage effect somewhere. o: I dunno where, it's somewhere in my faves.
